Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!!!
I started the day with another "green smoothie". This time I added 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/2 an apple and romaine and spinach and 1 packet of stevia. I must say it was an improvement over yesterday's :-)
We're heading to my mothers for Thanksgiving dinner. There's usually about 30 of us and it gets a little crazy and tight - but fun anyhow. Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday. Eat lots of the vegetables and limit yourself to only one piece of pie! (I believe I'm talking to myself as well).
